Agav is operated by WuCoLaBo, based in Singapore. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data in connection with the Agav platform. We are committed to complying with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore.

We collect the following personal data when you use Agav:

  • Identity data — your name and email address, provided via our authentication provider (Auth0) when you log in.
  • Access logs — timestamps of login events and privileged access requests, recorded for security and audit purposes.
  • Financial data — data you or an administrator enters into the platform, such as portfolio holdings, transactions, and account balances.

We do not collect data through analytics tools, advertising networks, or third-party tracking services.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Authenticate you and maintain your session
  • Provide access to the financial management features of the platform
  • Maintain audit trails for security and compliance purposes
  • Contact you in connection with your access, if necessary

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Your data is processed by Auth0 (our identity provider) subject to their privacy policy. We may disclose data where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of WuCoLaBo or its users.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your access to Agav is active. Upon termination of access, personal data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

6. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Access to the platform is restricted and authenticated via Auth0.

7. Your Rights
