1. Access
Agav is a private platform operated by WuCoLaBo. Access is strictly by invitation only. Unauthorised use is prohibited. WuCoLaBo reserves the right to revoke access at any time, for any reason, without notice.
2. Permitted Use
You may use Agav solely for the purposes for which access was granted to you. You must not share your credentials, attempt to access data belonging to other users, reverse-engineer the platform, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
3. No Warranties
Agav is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. WuCoLaBo does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WuCoLaBo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use Agav.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, design, and content on Agav is owned by WuCoLaBo. No licence to any intellectual property is granted by these Terms beyond the limited right to use the platform as permitted herein.
6. Changes
WuCoLaBo may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Agav after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
